Started web development in 1996. Lasso from 1997 through 2007, pretty much all Ruby/Rails since then. Big projects mostly high-security/privacy intranet apps. Some little ones too. Career started in engineering of factory equipment for semiconductor manufacturers, moved to sales engineering, then corporate marketing for $60M company. Been writing my own engineering and small office apps since early 80's, career shift focused on software starting about 2001, freelance since 2003. (projects are on my website).
